We have officially been recognized as a 501(c)(3) organization. This means that donations to the German School of Madison are now tax-deductible in Code with section 170. IRS information on the public disclosure of exempt organizations returns and applications: “An exempt organization must make available for public inspection its exemption application….together with supporting documents and any letter or document issued by the IRS concerning the application.”
